please i have over stay in uk and i've got sum one who want to marry me and he is from one of the EEA countries so please what can i do.

You will need to contact your local marriage registry or church of England to get married. Once you have registered your marriage you can then apply for a residence card subject to your EEA spouse fulfilling the requirements of the Immigration(EEA) regulations. I will suggest you seek proper legal advise on this issue.
