Wills question:
My father died leaving everything to my mother she has recently died leaving everything to us her children. What is a reasonable fee for probate? Her monies were in many different accounts can I approach banks to verify balances? What can I do to help the probate process?

Most firms can offer you an hourly rate and usually provide you an estimate of how much it may cost you. Some firms offer a tiered rate or a fixed fee.
