Suing question:
No doubt this will not get an awnser,but here goes,"how do i sue a solicitor who spouted details of a case all over county court so that it was heard by everyone there,thus causing my partner and i a lot of embarresment /stress and loss of privacy etc

I'd need more detail about the incident before advising you on suing the solicitor, but in the meantime, all solicitors have to have an internal complaints procedure so you could write to the senior partner at the firm. If you still get nowhere then you can complain to the Legal Ombudsman in Birmingham.
