Immigration question:

Kind Attention: Mrs. Farida Dar, Dear Madam, With due respect I would like to inform you that, I have been granted "Limited Leave to Remain" for FIVE years and very recently I have to apply for ILR but I have been arrested and got a youth REPRIMAND by the local police station when I was 16 years. Now I am an adult and a student of University.I am really very much worried because if incase it will affect my application. Could you please give me an advise about it. Thanks in advance. Regards -

It is true that an offending history can seriously affect future applications since the UK Border Agency will take into account all background circumstances. Exclusion clauses may apply in some cases and ILR can in some circumstances be revoked. However to advise you specifically I would need take further instructions from you and you are welcome to contact me at my offices on 020 7228 2020.
