You need to have a really good reason to prevent your ex from collecting your son from nursery. Most contact arrangements involve a collection point and dropping off point for children. This is usually the child's main residence but can also be the child's school. If you are happy for your son to have contact with your ex then it will be difficult to explain why your ex should be prevented from collecting him from nursery.
