You will need to consider whether to draw up a set of terms and conditions for your seller clients to ensure that you get paid at the right time and have the appropriate reasonable limitations and exclusions in place to protect you, particularly regarding information you are given by the seller.
You will also need to consider compliance with the various regulations relating to estate agency and Misrepresentations regarding premises, which can often catch out unwary estate, property or land agents.
