The simple answer is to represent yourself, which means that the Court will offer you some help to understand technical words and explain what will happen at each hearing. However, they won't give you advice on what to do.

If you feel you need advice some firms, including mine, will offer fixed fees in simple cases. We also try to offer predictable fees even in more complicated cases. The more predictable the fees the easier it is to try to get a loan.
