If it was imposed by the youth Court you can appeal it, although it's not always sensible to do so. If it was imposed by the Crown Court you have to convince the Court of Appeal to give you "leave" to appeal. The lawyers who represented her when she was sentenced must give their advice on whether she should appeal, if you ask for it.
