Immigration question:
i have had my idefinate leave to remain, revokes, i am been in the country for 17 years and was a slave for the forst 7 years, i cannot prove my residence and ran away with form of documents. my status wasw revoked after i admitted using false documents to obtain it. how do i go about it and am i legible for a legal aid lawyer as i have no funds and am not allowed to work.

As of 9 July 2013 you have to have been in the UK for 20 years as the 14 year rule has now been abolished. You can base a claim on article 8 rights. Your case will have merit if you have establised a family life in the UK ie if you are in a subsisting relationship or have children born in the UK.
