   My company used Simon & Co for a complex commercial insolvency matter.As head of their Litigation & Dispute Resolution department, Yadevinder Hothi was the solicitor handling the case. He is very likeable and approachable, taking great care to ensure that all our concerns were addressed. His efficient and tenacious manner resulted in a very favourable outcome for us. Although his services came at a price, it was money well spent and rwell worth it. We shall certainly be use him again.

   Mr Hothi acted for me in an action involving the recovery of a very large sum of money. He was so impressive in his handling of my case that I was very comfortable leaving him to deal with it. Mr Hothi achieved a very favourable outcome, totally demolishing the opponent. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
