Wills: Lawyers who advise on wills (eg do I need a will; how should the will deal with my property; what about inheritance tax?). They also administer the estate of someone who has died (‘probate’). They often specialise in problems that affect the aged (eg care home charges; entitlement to age-related benefits), and on tax-planning in anticipation of death. Legal aid? No.
