March 2005 a clean break ancillary relief proceedings was concluded. The acting representative has been found to be unqualified and unsupervised. damages from the solicitors practice did not my financial loss. The acting representative did not act on a court order, (in contempt) she failed to advise pensions, My ex mispresented a loss assessors report which was extremely exaggerated. Can I have the ancillary Relief consent order rescinded even a small amount of compensation has been paid for damages in a Breach of Contract/Negligence Claim.
