Employment question:

Unfair Dismissal I have only been one year with my curent employer. But because of my disability I can take them to the tribunal. I was of sick for three weeks but she put me down as a leaver. I have two weeks medical certificate but not for my first week. She also claims I swore on the shop floor and wax aggressive to my work colleagues. She only contacted me after two weeks of my absence. My review is next week. My contract clearly states that I must give one week notice before leaving.
