Family and relationships question:
My children are 10, 5 and 4. My husband left 8 weeks ago. He says he wants to sell the house to pay off debts and buy/rent another property. I don't want to sell the house. I have suggested that we pay half each to the mortgage and he said that he can not afford to pay half to the mortage, rent on another property and maintenance for the children. Can I be made to sell the house as he says I can and would a judge make him pay the mortgage as well as maintenance?
