Wills question:
My father died last november. He left a will and thge benificiares re my sister my late brothers chidren and myself.. The soiictor dealing stated he would be in a position to pay out 1 monthe after probate was granted. this hasnt happened and now noitice an entriyin the local paper advertising for anyone with any rights to come forward by 27 May otherwise the estate will be settled.Is this a requirment even though my father had done evrything correctly
