Medical claims question:
Do I have a claim against Two Dr's. One admitted to his mistake he put the wrong size ball in my hip, he brought me back in to hospital after I had been taken in on an emergency kept in for 8 days then told there was nothing wrong. 4 days later was called back & told that I need a new ball. within 4 weeks from the first had another general anaesthetic. The Ward Dr made me have blood thinners when I had taken them. stood in my own blood several times. have I got a case. am still ill.
