Children question:
my ex is the biological father of my child but isn't on the birth cert as I had no contact with him through pregnancy and birth (his choice). He is now filing for bankruptcy and has been told he will get more favourable judgement if he has a dependant so now he wants to go on the birth cert. She has never lived with him. Can I stop this happening?
