Immigration question:

My wife's spouse visa has been rejected by UKBA in Delhi on the grounds that she is not divorced, although her divorce was completed as per the Indian laws. We even did a court marriage and the court was satisfied with our application and registered our wedding. She declared herself as divorced before the court. She had a previous application, as a dependent of Tier 2 Applicant, rejected as well. This application was with her previous husband. SO, I can see why UKBA is being difficult. No other objection has been raised. Just for the records, I am a settled person in UK since October 2012 and earning more than the threshold income level. I am looking to lodge an appeal and looking to get a decent lawyer/solicitor. I made her applications using a professional firm but I don’t want to apply for an appeal with the same firm as I am not sure if they should have identified this as a potential issue. I would really appreciate if someone can recommend a good immigration lawyer/solicitor who can help/advice me in this situation.
