Suing for businesses: Lawyers who advise on suing (ie taking court action) for businesses. These ‘litigation’ lawyers specialise in court-work (eg suing for debts; suing for damages for breach of contract or defective goods and services). Legal aid? No (unless you can find a lawyer who will act on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis).
