from the outset, we were kept up to date with progress of claim. we found communication by email to be best because we could keep copies of what transpired. if we had a query it was always answered in 24 hours. the staff at mooneerams were always courteous and helpful, especially louise who, though weve never met, made me feel comfortable and she always sounded happy. as was mr fergusson, who i'm sure must have been fed up with my persistent and frequent queries! case resolved in our favour.

We first heard about you from my doctor. My wife has also used you. We knew things would be safe in Angus hands. If we did ever need anything, he’d always get straight back to us, but we hardly needed to ring as he always kept us informed.
